Release Party

Last Saturday night, Through All The Plain was officially released to a packed house. Thank you for celebrating with me and my wife. I truly meant what I wrote in Through All The Plain‘s “Introduction”:

BenOne man is rarely responsible for a text. I am indebted to those countless teachers, friends, and loved ones who have partnered with me in the shaping of this book. I am but one where they are both many and formative. To all who have participated in the life of Benjamin John Peters, to all who have—if ever so slightly—entered into my journey, I thank you. I am who I am because of you.

Should you be interested in picking up Through All The Plain and reading it, you can find Through All The Plain both on Cascade Press’ website or on Amazon. If you do read Through All The Plain, then please share your thoughts with me. You can post a review on Amazon, contact me via my website, or connect with me through either Facebook or Twitter.

In the coming months and years, I look forward to entering into conversation with all of you.

(For those interested, this is the Speech that I read on Saturday night.)

  1. Hi Benjamin, I’m Zach, we met at Conrad Grebel this past Wednesday. I really enjoyed getting to seek with you. I grabbed your book from the library and read it. To be honest, I thought it would be a theological book on Romans 12 + 13 which I was really looking to use an academic source for my own paper on Romans 13:1-5. Even after I realized it wasn’t what I was expecting I read through it. I identified with your journey in so many ways. I don’t want to ramble on and on but I was wondering if you would be up for emailing me? I’d love to connect a bit further. I’m at zacharbonneau@gmail.com
